Eurydice was born in Athens in 1976.  She studied Communication and Mass Media at the University of Athens and European Journalism at the journalism schools of Utrecht, the Netherlands and Aarhus, Denmark. She joined the Kathimerini foreign desk in 1998. Two and a half decades later, after a fair share of reporting trips and interviews with amazing people, she still loves her job. She also loves cycling activism but that s a different, rather painful story. Her work has appeared at websites and magazines in Greece, at The Nation in the US and the NZZ in Switzerland. She has co-directed the Iceland segment of the film  “Who is saving whom?” with German filmmakers Herdolor Lorenz and Leslie Franke. She speaks several European languages. A selection of her articles can be found at http://bersi.substack.com/.
